3-1.         (PUBLIC HEARING) MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM ACCURATE ENGISURV, ON BEHALF OF O’REILLY’S AUTOMOTIVE AND 3200 GATEWAY, LLC, FOR FINAL APPROVAL (FAST TRACK) OF THE PLAT OF O’REILLY’S RESUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED AT THE 3100 BLOCK OF GATEWAY DRIVE.

3-2.         (PUBLIC HEARING) MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM SCOTT DUSTERHOFT, ON BEHALF OF THE GROVE, FOR FINAL APPROVAL (FAST TRACK) OF THE PLAT OF DUSTERHOFT RESUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED IN THE 700 BLOCK OF SOUTH 43RD STREET.

3-3.         (PUBLIC HEARING) MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM WIDSETH SMITH NOLTING AND ASSOCIATES, ON BEHALF OF STEVEN AND JODY RALPH/DAVID AND LAURA FRISCIH, FOR FINAL APPROVAL (FAST TRACK) OF THE REPLAT OF LOTS 4,6,8 AND THE NORTH 33 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, HUBERTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED AT SOUTH 5TH STREET AND WOODLAND AVENUE.

4-1.         MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM AE2S, ON BEHALF OF NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN, LLC, FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH 55TH STREET AND 54TH AVENUE NORTH.

4-2.         MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM AE2S, ON BEHALF OF NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN, LLC, FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP TO REMOVE AND EXCLUDE FROM THE A-1 (AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION) DISTRICT AND TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT), CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH 55TH STREET AND 54TH AVENUE NORTH.

4-3.         MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM AE2S, ON BEHALF OF NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN, LLC, FOR APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX ALL OF NORTHERN PLAINS NITROGEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH 55TH STREET AND 54TH AVENUE NORTH.
