Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2018, 10:30 AM in Room A101 of City Hall:
- MAK Construction, on behalf of Mitchell Zahradka, 1212 Dyke Ave, has made a request for a variance to the front yard and side yard setback requirements [Sections 18-0218(8)&(9) of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property.Legal Description:Lots 9 & 11, Block V, Budge & Eshelman’s 2nd Addition.
- Tanya Mueller, 316 N 7th St, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage.Legal Description:Lot 10, Block 16, McKelvey’s & Holcomb’s Addition.
