Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, June 21, 2018, 10:30 AM in Room A101 of City Hall:

 

  1. Larry & Judy Johnson, 3825 Belmont Rd, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property.Legal Description:Lot 6, Block 1, Auditors Resubdivision No. 40.

                      

  2. Nikica & Gorana Todorovic, 1006 S 19th St, have made a request for a variance to the front yard setback requirements [Section 18-0209(8) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a porch on the front of the house.Legal Description:Lot 5, Block 4, Garden Home Addition.

       

  3. Douglas & Deborah Reierson, 1588 57th Ave S, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property.Legal Description:Lot 25, Block 1, Kings View 3rd Resubdivision.

     

  4. Thomas Haug, 5546 Charlie Ray Dr, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a shed.Legal Description:Lot 1, Block B, Leclerc’s Addition.
