2019 Flood Fight - News Releases

GF County Sandbag Information

Grand Forks, ND – Grand Forks County will have sandbags for pickup at the following County Sheds:

  • Grand Forks: 1700 N Columbia Rd
  • Manvel: 505 Oldham Ave
  • Emerado: 107 West Emery Ave
  • Gilby: 15 5th St
  • Inkster: 523 Railroad Ave E
  • Northwood: 407 34th St NE
  • Larimore: 102 Walcott Ave

Pickup times are during normal business hours, Monday thru Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays 7:30 am to 11:30 am. Staff will be on site to assist and keep a log of who is taking how many.

The County will supply the sandbags free of charge, however the resident/recipient shall be responsible for getting their own sand/material for filling the bags. Removal and disposal of the bags and sand will be the responsibility of the resident.
