Sorlie Bridge to Reopen

Grand Forks - The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) are opening the Sorlie Bridge on Demers Ave. in downtown Grand Forks/East Grand Forks today at 4 p.m. Water levels have receded and the bridge is safe for travel.

With the Sorlie Bridge back open the left hand turn restrictions on Gateway Dr. (Hwy. 2) by the Kennedy Bridge will be lifted.
