NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the 2018 Public Works Department Rodent and Pest Control will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the office of the Director of Finance and Administrative Services in City Hall, 255 North 4th Street, in the City of Grand Forks, ND, at which time and place they will be publicly open and read. This work will involve, but not limited to, controlling the gopher population in the areas indicated on the maps attached to the specifications in this package. Work will be done with a fumigant or technique approved by both parties Preference will be given to techniques using a slurry fill method.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing bids shall be clearly marked on the outside:

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bid. The Bidder shall submit his/her bid on the forms provided by the Owner.
