NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the 2018 Public Works Department Mowing and Maintenance will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the office of the Director of Finance and Administrative Services in City Hall, 255 North 4th Street, in the City of Grand Forks, ND, at which time and place they will be publicly open and read. Project scope of work includes the following quantities of work: To provide mowing and maintenance services for the Water Intake Facility and Water Treatment Plant as indicated on the map attached to the specifications. This includes all berms and right of ways associated with the property, unless otherwise noted. The work will include, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal and other related work.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing bids shall be clearly marked on the outside:

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bid. The Bidder shall submit his/her bid on the forms provided by the Owner. All blank spaces on the bid forms, including the Bidder’s address and authorized signature, must be correctly entered in ink.
