Grand Forks, ND – The City of Grand Forks will install closures on the Lincoln Drive access to Lincoln Drive Park today as part of the 2011 flood fight. The closure on Elks Drive is scheduled to be installed on Tuesday, April 5, 2011.

Additional closures may become necessary as the Red River continues to rise.
