Grand Forks, ND – The City of Grand Forks has closed the Greenway access point on Elmwood Dr. Additional closures will be installed on the Greenway at 2^nd Ave. N. and the access to Riverside Park on N. 1^st Street on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.

The Red River in Grand Forks is expected to reach flood stage (28 feet) later this week.
