Grand Forks, ND – The City of Grand Forks would like to inform those using the Central Parking Ramp in downtown Grand Forks of traffic changes in the ramp starting Monday, Dec. 10^th.

With 1^st Ave. N. now open, drivers can enter the ramp on N. 4^th St. and N. 5^th St. with the ramps exit on 1^st Ave. N. This is how the ramp operated before the construction project that closed 1^st Ave. N.
