Members present: Hafner, Klave, Lucke.

1. Matter of consideration of construction bids for Proj. 5157,
paving S. 34th St. from 32nd to 36th Aves. South_____________
Al Grasser, asst. city engineer, distributed tabulation of bids, Opp Construction, low bidder in the amount of $376,170.34. It was noted that the engineer’s estimate is available to the bidders (itemized as well as total), and also that the bonding company wants the total engineer’s estimate. Moved by Klave and Lucke to accept the low bid of Opp Construction, L.L.C. in the amount of $376,170.34. Motion carried.

2. Matter of change orders:
a) Project No. 5086, Baling Facility
Tom Hanson, WFW, reviewed the following change orders:
a) C.O. #5, Construction Engineers, $3,346.00 (change paving section on 27th Avenue N. as shown on drawings).
b) C.O. #3, Samson Electric, $5,774.55 (install 4” conduit from building to property line for telephone service)

Moved by Klave and Lucke to approve the change orders. Motion carried.
