	M I N U T E S BOARD OF APPEALS Wednesday March 30, 2011 10:00 AM The Board of Appeals held a meeting in Room A101 of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 10:05 AM. Members present were: Ron Apanian, Bob Klave, Gene Youngdahl, Bryan Carlson, and Todd Blixt. Member absent was: Jim Glick. The board first took the step to select a new Chairman due to the retirement of the old Chairman. Ron Apanian made the motion that Gene Youngdahl be elected the new chairman and Todd Blixt seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The only agenda matter was that of the consideration of the amendments to the 2009 International Building and Residential Codes as presented by the Building Inspections Department. It was moved by Ron Apanian and seconded by Bob Klave to approve the amendments as presented. Motion passed unanimously. Bob Klave moved for adjournment and was seconded by Todd Blixt.
