St, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building, front yard setback and impervious area coverage requirements [Section 18-0305, 18-0209(8) & (9) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a shed and deck. Legal Description: Lots 23 & 24, Block 20, McKelvey’s Addition.
2. Brian & Kelly Seng, 1774 Lydia Circle, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building and impervious surface area requirements [Sections 18-0305 & 18-0208(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to build an accessory pool building. Legal Description: Lot B, Block 1, Birkholz Homestead Addition.

Ave N, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building and impervious surface area coverage requirements [Section 18-0305 & 18-0209(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a covered deck addition on to the detached garage. Legal Description: Lots 6, 7 & 8, Block 25, Alexander and Ives Addition.
