Roll Call:

Members present: Doug Christensen (telephone), Eliot Glassheim (telephone), Terry Smith, Dwight Thompson, and Dana Sande. Also present: Greg Hoover, Hal Gershman, Keith Lund, Klaus Theissen, Steve Burian, and Tina Hoffart.

1. Approval of Minutes:

Minutes from February 15 and March 8, 2011: Motion by Terry Smith, second by Doug Christensen to approve minutes from the previous meeting. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.

2. Local Expansion Opportunity

Motion by Terry Smith, second by Doug Christensen to go into executive session at 4:13 pm. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.

Present: Doug Christensen (telephone), Eliot Glassheim (telephone), Terry Smith, Dwight Thompson, and Dana Sande (arrived at 4:17 pm), Greg Hoover, Hal Gershman, Keith Lund, Klaus Theissen, Steve Burian, Tina Hoffart and Melanie Richardson.

Motion by Dana Sande, second by Terry Smith to come out of executive session at 4:40 pm. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.

3. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at approximately 4:41 pm.
