1. Roll Call

Present: Doug Christensen, Eliot Glassheim and Dwight Thompson. Also present: Meredith Richards, Connie Mangan, Mel Carsen, Keith Lund and Melanie Richardson. Absent: Terry Smith and Bill Hutchison.

2. Approval of Minutes – May 7, 2008: Not Presented

3. Monthly Report: Not Presented

4. Executive Session:

Motion by Glassheim, seconded by Thompson to go into executive session at 4:42 pm. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.

Motion by Glassheim, seconded by Thompson to close the executive session at 5:18 pm. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.

Motion by Thompson, seconded by Glassheim to reject all proposals for the Civic Auditorium and the adjacent parking lot property. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.
