Grand Forks Civil Service Commission
February 8, 2007
Chairperson Bredemeier called the Grand Forks Civil Service Commission to order at 3:33PM in City Hall, Council Chambers. Commissioners MacGregor, Burlog, Nies, Johnson, Bredemeier present. None absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Commissioner MacGregor and seconded by Commissioner Nies to approve the January 11, 2007 regular meeting minutes as presented. All approve, motion carried.
CHANGES/ADDITIONS
None.
ELIGIBILITY REGISTER
Civil Engineer, Principal (Traffic)
It was moved by MacGregor and seconded by Nies to establish the eligibility register cut-off from the September 14, 2006 register at 50.00% thereby allowing one name to supplement the register as follows:
Jane Williams
Chad Erickson
Mandar Gadgil
All approve, motion carried.
Building Inspector
It was moved by Nies and seconded by MacGregor to establish the eligibility register at 85.00% as follows:
Steven Monroe
Adam Smelden
Richard Paul
John Wachter
Donovan Larson
All approve, motion carried.
REASSIGNMENT REGISTER
Equipment Operator, Senior - Sanitation
It was moved by Burlog and seconded by Nies to establish the reassignment register at 72.507% as follows:

Jeff Aamodt
Rusty Petersen
All approve, motion carried.
NON-ACTION ITEMS AND DISCUSSION
Civil Service Commission Report Preparation
Mr. Hovland informed the Commission that HR staff is working on preparation of the annual civil service report.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Burlog and seconded by Johnson to adjourn the February 8, 2007 regular meeting. All approve, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:38PM.
