1. David Schott, 601 Walnut St, has made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage, side yard and front yard setback and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0209(7)(8) & (9) 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage. Legal Description: Front or west 94’ of Lots 22, 23 7 24, Block 3, Hole’s Central Addition.
2. Simonson Station Stores, Inc, 1402 S Washington St, have made a request for a variance to the rear yard setback and impervious surface area coverage requirements [Sections 18-0216(7) & (10) of the Land Development Code] in order to build an addition to the existing commercial building. Legal Description: Lots 2, 3, 4 & A, Block 32, Villard’s Addition.
