Grand Forks Civil Service Commission
Special Commission Hearing
May 18, 2009
The Civil Service Commission convened on May 18, 2009 at 10:00 AM on the appeal of David O’Toole. Members present were Bev Bredemeier, Chair, Fred MacGregor, Vice-Chair, Commissioners Patsy Nies, James Vanyo and James Johnson. Mr. Ron Fischer represented the Commission is this matter.
Testimony was heard and exhibits were presented. The video and audio recordings of the proceedings are on file with the Director of Human Resources.
At the conclusion of the hearing, approximately 1:30 PM, the Commission caused its findings and conclusion and an order was issued upholding the Mayor’s decision to terminate Mr. O’Toole.
