Minutes of Grand Forks City Council/Growth Fund
Authority (JDA) - Monday, May 3, 2010 - 5:30 p.m.____

The city council of the city of Grand Forks sitting as the Growth Fund Authority met in the council chambers in City Hall on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the hour of 5:30 p.m. with Chairman Gershman presiding. Present at roll call were Council Members Bjerke, McNamara, Glassheim, Gershman, Christensen, Bakken, Kreun, Mayor Brown - 8; absent: none.

APPROVE SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZE
SIGNATURE OF THE RESOLUTION

Greg Hoover, director of Urban Development, reported this is their semi-annual report they make to the EDA on the loan fund that they administer and is effective as of the end of March. He stated that this does not reflect any of the loans that were made last week, are in compliance and would like council to receive the report and authorize Mr. Gershman to sign the resolution and other necessary documents.

The staff report from the director of Urban Development relating to Economic Development Administration Revolving Loan Fund (EDARLF) Semi-Annual Report, with recommendation to approve the report and authorize signature of the certification.

It was moved by Mayor Brown and seconded by Council Member Bakken to approve the recommendation. Carried 8 votes affirmative.

ADJOURN

If was moved by Council Member Bakken and seconded by Council Member Kreun that we adjourn. Carried 8 votes affirmative.
