3. PUBLIC HEARINGS, FINAL APPROVALS, PETITIONS AND MINOR CHANGES:

3-1. (PUBLIC HEARING) MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM CPS, LTD., ON BEHALF OF MARLAN C. SHULL (DAKOTA UNLIMITED) FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF THE REPLAT OF LOTS 31 THROUGH 36 AND LOT 38, BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 2, DEACON’S GARDENS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LOCATED SOUTH OF AUGUSTA DRIVE AND NORTH OF 62ND AVENUE SOUTH.

3-2. MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM THE GRAND FORKS PARK DISTRICT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF SOUTH 11TH STREET BETWEEN 40TH AVENUE SOUTH AND 48TH AVENUE SOUTH TO CHOICE FINANCIAL DRIVE.

MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM CPS, LTD., ON BEHALF OF LADI PROPERTIES, LLP, FOR AN PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE AND EXCLUDE FROM THE HIGHLAND POINT PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT), CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AMENDMENT NO. 1, AND TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE HIGHLAND POINT PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT), CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AMENDMENT NO. 2, HIGHLAND POINT 5TH RESUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 36TH AVENUE SOUTH AND SOUTH 16TH STREET.

4-3. MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM CPS, LTD., ON BEHALF OF LADI PROPERTIES, LLP, FOR APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY PLATTED AS HIGHLAND POINT 5TH RESUBDIVISION.

6-1. MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM THE GRAND FORKS-EAST GRAND FORKS METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (GF-EGF MPO) FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO APPOINT A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE GRAND FORKS DOWNTOWN PARKING ASSESSMENT STUDY.
