th
St. and 1
st
Ave. N.) – O’Neil described the proposed three-story apartment complex planned for the parking lot across from the old Civic Auditorium. Chair Report
– Marsha Gunderson
Downtown Design and Review Board – The Hookah Lounge sign has not been back for reconsideration. Paul Holje has been elected President of DDRB, Gunderson remains Vice-President. Gunderson said she asked not to be considered for the presidency because the president doesn’t vote. Her role is to represent the Commission so it is necessary that she be able to voice her opinion and vote.
County Historical Society – Gunderson said the “Mr. Wheat” (Sunday, 11/21/10, at the Myra Museum) presentation was very interesting. Several more presentations on various historic topics will be made over the winter.
Melinda Leach arrived at this time.
