RE: Board of Adjustments Meeting

Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2011, 10:30 AM in Room A101 of City Hall:

1. Merle Wilker, 211 N 17th St, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building and impervious surface requirements [Sections 18-0305 & 18-0209(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a carport. Legal Description: Rear 50’ of Lots 23 & 24, Block 36, Budge & Eshelman’s 3rd Addition.

2. Terry & Carol Schneweis, 3022 Walnut St, have made a request for a variance to the front yard setback and accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a garage. Legal Description: Lot 13, Block 2, Sunset Acres 2nd Addition.
