Discussion with Commission’s Attorney, Michael Morley
Regarding Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
In the Appeal of the Mayor’s Decision by employees,
Craig Lacher & Michael Shea
The Grand Forks Civil Service Commission was called to order at 11:03AM by
Chairperson Kvasager. Commissioners MacGregor, Nies, Bredemeier and Kvasager
present. Commissioner Johnson absent.

Attorney for the Commission, Michael Morley was present. Dawn Wilkie
representing Mr. Bunce, Human Resources Director, present.

Discussion held with regard to the draft Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law to obtain direction and clarification from the Commissioners for the final
draft.

Chairperson Kvasager stated the Commission agrees to the content by consensus
and directed Mr. Morley to draw up the final draft for signature and to deliver
the document to Human Resources for distribution on Thursday, April 24, 2003.

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Bredemeier and seconded by Nies to adjourn the special meeting
of April 23, 2003. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 12:40PM.
