The Grand Forks Civil Service Commission was called to order at 3:31PM by
Chairperson Johnson. Commissioners Bredemeier, MacGregor and Kvasager present.
Commissioner Nies absent.

CHANGES/ADDITIONS TO AGENDA
There are no changes or additions to the agenda.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Bredemeier and seconded by MacGregor to approve the January 8,
2004 regular meeting minutes as presented. All approve, motion carried.

REASSIGNMENT (PROMOTIONAL) REGISTER
Programmer Analyst, Senior
It was moved by MacGregor and seconded by Kvasager to establish the
reassignment register at 95.00% as follows:
Sherry Lawdermilt
All approve, motion carried.

Civil Engineer, Senior
It was moved by Kvasager and seconded by Bredemier to establish the
reassignment register at 100.00% as follows:

All approve, motion carried.

Fire Apparatus Specialist
It was moved by MacGregor and seconded by Kvasager to establish the
reassignment register at 49.592% as follows:

RE-EMPLOYMENT REGISTER REQUESTS

It was moved by MacGregor and seconded by Bredemeier to approve employee,
Morgan James for placement on the re-employment register. All approve, motion
carried.

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Kvasager and seconded by Bredemeier to adjourn the February 12,
2004 Civil Service Commission meeting. All approve, meeting adjourned. The
meeting adjourned at approximately 3:51PM.
