MINUTES/PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
Monday, April 3, 2000 - 7:00 p.m.

Members present: Bakken, Bouley, Martinson.

1. Budget amendment:
Don Shields, Health Dept., reviewed budget amendment in the amount of $130,615.00, that the budget amendment goes with the grant agreement for Healthy Families American which was approved at their meeting last week and will allow them to set up their account, that this is first year of a three-year grant and will bring a number of people on board. Moved by Martinson and Bouley to approve the budget amendment.

2. There was some discussion relative to meeting held at the Town House by Humane Society, that relocation not well received (west of residential area), and that this is more of a Planning and Zoning issue - property is owned by the Park District. This item is on the Planning and Zoning agenda on Wednesday, and Park District meeting on Tuesday night.

Moved by Bouley and Martinson to adjourn meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
