Members present: Bakken, Bouley.

1. Matter of request for special alcoholic beverage permit:
a) GF Goodribs on April 15 at 121 N. 5th Street for event for Phi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
Paul Waind, GF Goodribs, requested special alcoholic beverage permit for Saturday, April 15, at 121 N. 5th Street for event by Phi Kappa Phi Fraternity (formal dinner, dance and alco.beverages) from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. He stated they used the same program for minors (security people and wrist bands, carding); and that University provides bus for people to and from the event. Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the application for permit, subject to approval by the various departments. Motion carried. (Comm.only)

Moved by Bouley and Bakken to adjourn; meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
