1. Grant Agreement for Dakota Medical Foundation Grant to Grand Forks Public Health Department._____________________________
Don Shields, director, reported that in the past they have not been specific in terms of matching funds - this particular grant supports school nursing in the Grand Forks community, and the grant is $24,700 and will run January through June, 2001; the grant has a $28,184 match but that grant is like all the rest of our grants, are not additional dollars they are asking for but built into our budget when you pre-approved the 2001 budget; and if at any times during the year where they have a match which would exceed what you have already approved in the budget, he would bring that to their attention. Moved by Babinchak to approve the grant agreement. Motion carried. (Budget amendment is a 2001 budget amendment and will be brought in the first week of January)
