MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Monday, August 21, 2000 - 7:00 p.m.

Members present: Kreun, Glassheim, Hoff, Klave.

1. Matter of bids on surplus homes.
Mike Yavarow, engineer, presented bid information, several houses deferred because of historical concerns, 10 houses up for sale; bidders had opportunity to raise bids after opening if bid minimum.

Moved by Klave and Glassheim to accept the high bid for properties except 2629 Olson Drive and 114 Spruce. Motion carried.

Moved by Klave and Glassheim to award bids to Curt Hettich on properties at 2629 Olson Drive and 114 Spruce, contingent upon Mr. Hettich closing previous 4 bids. Motion carried.
