The city council of the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota met in the council chambers in City Hall on Monday, September 10, 2001 during a committee of the whole meeting with Mayor Brown presiding. Present at roll call were Council Members Brooks, Bjerke, Stevens, Burke, Glassheim, Lunak, Christensen, Kerian, Kreun - 9; absent: Council Member Hamerlik, Gershman, Klave, Bakken, Martinson - 5.

APPROVE REQUEST FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF PLAT
OF SHADYRIDGE ESTATES SIXTH ADDITION

The staff recommendation for reconsideration of the matter of the request from LaVonne Adams for final approval of the plat of Shadyridge Estates Sixth Addition (located north and east of Desiree Drive, Grand Forks, North Dakota, with recommendation to approve the plat of Shadyridge Estates Sixth Addition as revised by the City’s technical change requirements.

It was moved by Council Member Kreun and seconded by Council Member Kerian to approve the recommendation. Carried 9 votes affirmative.

ADJOURN

It was moved by Council Member Kreun and seconded by Council Member Kerian that we do now adjourn. Carried 9 votes affirmative.
