MINUTES/GROWTH FUND AUTHORITY (JDA)
Tuesday, January 16, 2001 - 7:15 p.m.

The city council of the city of Grand Forks sitting as the Growth Fund Authority met at the council chambers at City Hall on Tuesday, January 16, 2001 at the hour of 7:15 p.m. with Chairman Gershman presiding. Present at roll call were Council Members Brooks, Bjerke, Stevens, Hamerlik, Burke, Gershman, Lunak, Christensen, Klave, Bakken, Kreun, Martinson - 12; absent: Council Members Glassheim, Babinchak, Mayor Brown - 3.

APPROVE RATIFICATION OF PLAT, BALTIC
FIRST RESUBDIVISION

Chairman Gershman reported that background information had been sent to the council members on Baltic Avenue Partnership, that this is a replat of property and since the City holds part of the mortgage on this, we have to approve that replat.

It was moved by Council Member Brooks and seconded by Council Member Kreun to approve ratification of the plat of Baltic First Resubdivision, Lot 2, Block 1. Carried 12 votes affirmative.

ADJOURN

It was moved by Council Member Hamerlik and seconded by Council Member Brooks that we do now adjourn. Carried 12 votes affirmative.
