MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE
Monday, August 16, 1993 - 7:00 p.m.

Members present: Kulas, McCabe, Shores.

1. Matter of proposed tax increment bond issue for Elks project.
The committee reviewed the matter of proposed tax increment bond issue for the Elks project, and the resolution. Moved by Shores and McCabe that we authorize issuance of $305,000 tax increment bonds and resolution setting terms. Motion carried.

2. Matter of change orders for City Hall expansion project.
Linda Edgar, EAPC, reviewed the change orders with the committee: #F-VI for furniture, additional painting, etc. and #G-XXV for building. Moved by McCabe and Shores that we approve Change Order #F-VI in the amount of $10,047.69 and Change Order #G-XXV in the amount of $9,007.00. Motion carried.
