MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE
Monday, December 6, 1993

Members present: Shores, Johnson, McCabe.

1. Matter of City employees' Christmas bonus.
Moved by McCabe and Johnson that a bonus of $100 be given to qualified City employees as in the past (exceptions: municipal judge, part-time employees, city attorney, council members, etc.) Motion carried.

2. Matter of audit proposals
The committee reviewed proposals as presented. Moved by Johnson and McCabe that Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C. be awarded the contract for 1993 in the amount of $18,650.00, and that Audit Guide Policy be reviewed for future use with pre-interview process being added. Motion carried.
