MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE
Monday, July 18, 1994 - 7:00 p.m.

Members present: McCabe, Babinchak.

1. 1993 annual financial report and audit for the City of Grand
Forks.
A rep. of the accounting firm of Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C., was present to answer any questions committee had.

Moved by Babinchak and McCabe that we approve the audit report and approve payment subject to the State Auditor's approval of the report. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned.
