MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Members present: Carpenter, Babinchak, McCabe.

1. Matter of property at 19 South 4th Street (old Bill Larson
building).
Moved by Babinchak and McCabe that the city assessor establish a value for the property. Motion carried. (comm. only)

2. Matter of additional R/W for Convention & Visitors Bureau
building.
Moved by Babinchak and Carpenter that the City purchase the additional .331 acres for $2,850.00 with the amount to be recovered through the lease to be negotiated with the Convention & Visitor's Bureau. Motion carried.
