Members present: Carpenter, Babinchak, Geller, McCabe.

1. Matter of setting sale date for Convention & Visitors
Bureau (CVB) bonds.
Moved by Geller and Babinchak that we adopt the initial resolution authorizing issuance and calling for the public sale of general obligation bonds (Hotel/Motel tax), Series 1995A, and set the sale date for January 3, 1995. Motion carried.
