Members present: Hagness, Beach, Beyer, Glassheim.

1. Application for permit by Lloyd O'Keefe to move building from
rural Crystal, ND to 3700 blk. of 26th Ave.S. (single-family
residence).
Moved by Beach and Glassheim that the application be approved, subject to the public hearing. Motion carried.

2. Engineering agreement for City Proj. 4045, surface water
treatment rule improvements at water plant, Phase I.
Held in committee.
