MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Monday, June 6, 1994 - 6:45 p.m.

Members present: Hagness, Beach, Beyer, Glassheim.

1. Consideration of bids for renovation of public works
facility.
Mr. Lambrecht, Asst. Dir. of Public Works, reviewed construction bids with the committee.

Moved by Beach and Beyer to accept the low bids as follows: General contract - Innes Construction Co., Inc., $768,000; Mechanical contract - Lunseth Plumbing & Heating Co., $609,000; and Electrical contract - Bergstrom Electric, Inc., $268,300, for a total of $1,645,300. Motion carried.
