MINUTES/URBAN DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Tuesday, February 15, 1994 - 1:15 p.m.


Members present: Lien, Carpenter, Hanson.

1. Matter of budget amendments.

Mr. O'Leary reviewed amendment requests, stated these are housekeeping items.

a) Urban Development - $72,585.00.
Mr. O'Leary stated these are beautification funds, carryover balance of projects not completed in 1993; he noted there were some funds held pending outcome of Berg claim, that claim now settled (dismissed), and that there will be number of projects that will be spent this spring.

b) Urban Development - $300,935.00
Mr. O'Leary reviewed amendment request, stating that these are carryover funds from last year, $120,000 actual cash.

Moved by Hanson and Carpenter that the budget amendment requests be approved, and that the ordinances amending the budget be introduced for first reading. Motion carried.
