Members present: Lien.

1. Public hearing on proposed Growth Fund project for Acme
Electric, Inc.
Chairman Lien called for the public hearing. There were no comments.

It was moved by Lien that the City approve a 15-year tax increment bond and a $150,000 forgivable Growth Fund loan with the terms specified by the Growth Fund committee. Being there was no quorum, the motion will go to the floor without a second.

2. Request from Ken Welter for change in use of funds for
Deaconess building improvements project.
Held in committee.
