MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Monday, September 18, 1995 - 6:45 p.m.

Members present: Hagness, Beyer, Hamerlik.

1. Consideration of construction bids:
a) Proj. 4255, Dist. 531, paving 26th Ave.S. and S. 21st St.
Mr. Grasser reviewed tabulation of bids, which indicated that Nodak Contracting was the low bidder. Moved by Beyer and Hamerlik that we accept the low bid of Nodak Contracting in the amount of $165,584.50. Motion carried.

b) Proj. 4367, paving Senior Citizens' Center parking lot.
Mr. Grasser reviewed tabulation of bids, which indicated that Valley Contracting was the low bidder. Moved by Hamerlik and Beyer that we accept the low bid of Valley Contracting Company in the amount of $21,097.80. Motion carried.
