MINUTES/URBAN DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

Members present: Beach, Hanson.

1. Review of proposed resolutions re. affordable housing.
John O'Leary submitted proposed resolutions to the committee for their review: 1) resolution intended for ND Legislative delegation - Affordable Rental Housing; 2) resolution intended for Dorgan, Conrad and Pomeroy - Tax Reform Act of 1986; and 3) resolution intended for local lending institutions - Downpayment Requirements for Energy Efficient Homes. Moved by Hanson and Beach to adopt the resolutions. Motion carried.
