Members present: Carpenter, Babinchak, Bakken, Hamerlik.

1. Matter of printing bids for Youth Yellow Pages and other
printing.
Held.

2. Matter of request by Ecolab/Stauss Development for tax incre-
ment financing.
Moved by Bakken and Babinchak to give preliminary approval of tax increment financing with provisions to be reviewed and established by staff and call for public hearing for September 2, 1997. Motion carried.

3. Matter of job description for chief of police.
Moved by Hamerlik and Babinchak to approve job description with changes to education to state minimum or equivalent of Bachelors Degree. Motion carried.
