1. Application for property tax exemption by Conte Luna Foods Division of Philadelphia Macaroni Company for processing area addition to the existing processing facility.


2. Matter of applications for 3-year remodeling exemptions for the following properties: a) 409 Gateway Drive - Kevin Frohlich, A-1 Vacuum
b) 3527 11th Avenue North - Elizabeth Brocker
c) 322 North 20th Street - Kenneth and Marion Sobolik
d) 1432 Walnut Street - Lynus & Deborah Sevigny
e) 1502 Walnut Street - Lynus Sevigny

3. Request from Leon Pierce, Triangle Transportation, to purchase City-owned building at 1517 Mill Road for central bus terminal.

4. Matter of minor changes to job descriptions (verbal presenta- tion by Dan Gordon).
5. Matter of wide area network bid summary.

6. Budget amendment.

7. Other items.
