MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE
Monday, July 20, 1998 - 7:15 p.m.

Members present: Babinchak, Brooks, Carpenter, Hamerlik.

1. Matter of joint powers agreement with School District re.
special assessments.
Redrafted copies of the agreement had been forwarded to the committee and to Dr. Sanford of the School District. A motion was moved by Carpenter and Hamerlik for adoption and to authorize proper City officials sign the agreement. Motion carried.
