MINUTES/PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
Friday, August 7, 1998 - 10:30 a.m.

Members present: Bakken, Bouley.

1. Application for gaming permit:
a) Convention & Visitors Bureau at 1395-C South Columbia Road
(Dagwood's) - site authorization for period ending June 30,
1999.
A copy of the application had been submitted to John Warcup, asst. city engineer, who reviewed and returned the application with comments that he was unable to determine from application documents if the organization had obtaIned the written consent of Development Homes, Inc. to operate at the Dagwood's location. Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the application. Motion carried. (Comm. only)

(A communication from Development Homes, Inc. relinquishing their gaming site at Dagwood's was filed with the city auditor's office.)

Moved by Bouley and Bakken to adjourn; meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
