Members present: Hagness, Klave, Lucke.

1. Consideration of bids for Sewer Project No. 4782, san.sewer repair on Univ.Ave.
Tom Hanson, WFW, and Keith Johnson, engineering department were present. Mr. Hanson reported 3 bids received, 2 without license; he also talked with Insituform, revised deduction of approx. $65,000. Mr. Hanson reviewed the bids, Insituform Technologies, Inc. low bid. It was moved by Klave and Hafner to that the bids of PEC, Inc. of Helena, MT and of Lametti & Sons, Inc., Hugo MN be returned to bidders unopened as bids did not contain contractor's licenses. Motion carried.

It was moved by Klave and Hafner to accept the bid of Insituform Technologies, Inc. for A-1 in the amount of $296,518, with Change Order #1 deducting $65,653.00 for a total bid of $230,865.00. Motion carried.
