MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Monday, June 15, 1998 - 7:15 p.m.

Members present: Hagness, Klave, Hafner, Lucke.

1. Consideration of construction bids for Project No. 4793,
storm sewer on N. 53rd Street (6th-10th Aves.N.)
Tabulation of bids was presented for review by the committee. Moved by Klave and Hafner to approve award to the low bidder, United Crane & Excavation, Inc., in the amount of $109,980.00.
Motion carried.

2. Matter of Change Order #1 for Proj. 4654.30 and 4654.351,
cleaning of brick sewer.
Tom Hanson, WFW, presented the need to clean concrete-like deposits from the bottom of the storm sewer which is over and Above the standard cleaning contract. Moved by Lucke and Klave to approve the change order for additional cleaning in the amount of $61,760.00. Motion carried.
