Members present: Babinchak, Brooks, Hamerlik.

1. Matter of adoption of resolution authorizing mayor to execute all grant agreements on behalf of the City with the
U.S. Department of Transportation._________________________
The committee reviewed the resolution. It was moved by Hamerlik and seconded by Brooks that the resolution be adopted subject to the city attorney’s review. Motion carried.
