1. Application for special or limited license to sell alcoholic beverages at designated premises:__________________________________________________________
a) Red River Café, October 19, 1999, for social event for opening of First National
Bank Building at 315 DeMers Avenue.
Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the application subject to review and approval by the city attorney. Motion carried. (Comm. only)

2. Request to hold “Take Back the Night Rally and March” scheduled by UND Women’s Center on October 21, 1999, starting at 7:00 p.m._______________
Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the request subject to police department approval. Motion carried. (Comm. only)
