Members present: Bakken, Bouley, Martinson.

1. Application for special or limited license to sell alcoholic beverages at designated
premises:_________________________________________________________
a) GF Goodribs at 121 North 5th Street on November 6, 1999.
A representative of Grand Forks Community Center, 121 North 5th Street was present. The committee reviewed the application and moved by Bouley and Martinson to approve the application. Motion carried.

Because of the number of special meetings the committee has held because of late applications, Chairman Bakken asked that the applicant be notified that unless applications are received on time they will not honor the applications.
